Welcome to Tech Sales Mentors! TSM makes this website (regardless of domain name or IP address) and all content and elements thereof, including, but not limited to, text, data, information, reviews, ratings, opinions, videos, notes, notices, communications, software, scripts, designs, graphics, images, photographs, illustrations, drawings, sounds, music, and other files, materials, and elements (collectively, “Content”), all trademarks, service marks, trade names, and logos contained therein (collectively, “Marks”), and all Interactive Features, mobile optimized versions, mobile applications, blogs, social media platforms, and other digital and electronic platforms, channels, support, user interfaces and features, offerings, products, services, functionality, tools, and applications licensed, purchased, provided, or otherwise made available by TSM through or in connection therewith (collectively, “Features”), available for your use subject to these Terms. These Terms constitute a legally-binding agreement made by and between Jauhar Ventures LLC d/b/a Tech Sales Mentors (“TSM”), and you personally and, if applicable, on behalf of any entity for whom you are using this Service (collectively, “you”).

1. REVISIONS AND UPDATES TO THESE TERMS

TSM reserves the right to update, change, and modify these Terms and TSM’s other rules, guidelines, and policies at any time in its sole discretion, and all such modified Terms, rules, guidelines, and policies will be effective immediately upon being posted on the Service and are hereby incorporated by reference. You waive any right you may have to receive specific notice of any such changes. Your continued use of the Service after such changes have been posted constitutes your acceptance of such changes.

2. THE SERVICE

TSM provides an informational platform, community, and resources via the Service for job seekers and career-changers to plan and execute a high-quality job search for sales roles in the technology sector. As part of the Service, TSM makes available community platforms (e.g., Slack), discussion forums, chat rooms, message boards, bulletin board features, video classes, collaborative workspaces, group sessions, social media platforms, blogs, wikis, reviews and ratings features and tools, and/or other interactive features, services, facilities, or means by which Users can interact with the Service (“Interactive Features”).

3. USER ACCOUNTS AND REGISTRATION
